Please take notice that the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Allied Care Experts (ACE) Medical Center – Butuan Inc. will be held on June 16,2025, Monday at 8:00 in the morning; the meeting will be conducted via Zoom Webinar. Only stockholders of record at the close of business on May 27, 2025 (Record Date) shall be entitled to notice of and to vote at the meeting. If you cannot personally attend the meeting, you may opt to send your proxy to attend on your behalf.
